Burnham Banquet – 6pm to 8pm, Friday, September 27th, 2019

The Burnham Banquet, in honor of Daniel Burham, architect of Chicago’s 1893 Exposition, features a Taste of Chicago menu:

  • Chicago chop salad with finely chopped romaine, red cabbage, green onions, tomatoes, blue cheese, grilled chicken & house vinaigrette
  • Deep dish pizza with cheese & pepperoni
  • Italian beef on french bread with sweet peppers & onions ~ served with giardiniera on the side
  • Chicago hot dog served with onions, tomatoes, dill pickles, pickle relish, sport peppers & mustard, served on poppy seed buns
  • House made chips
  • Assorted mini cheesecakes

Entertainment at the Burnham Banquet will feature a dinner cabaret performance by Sir Reginald Pike Devant Esquire.


British Banquet – 6pm to 8pm, Saturday, September 28th, 2019

The British Banquet includes several traditional dishes from the United Kingdom, infusing some culinary punk into your Steampunk weekend with some Working Class favorites served to the fine Ladies & Gentlemen of the Exposition.

  • Yorkshire Pudding
  • Sheppard’s Pie
  • Bangers and Mash
  • Roast Chicken
  • Mushy Peas
  • Sweet and Spicy Spinach Salad
  • Toffee Bund Cake

Entertainment at the British Banquet will feature a dinner cabaret performance by UnWoman.


High Tea (Saturday & Sunday)

Additionally there are the High Tea special events in the afternoon.
