The Exposition Explores the Cosmos
The Chicago Steampunk Exposition (est.2019) is a weekend long family friendly festival of all things Steampunk and Victoriana. The convention channels the spirit of the great 1893 Chicago Exposition with a retro-futuristic twist and this time around it is Victorian space travel to the Moon, Mars, and beyond!
Join us June 11th, 12th, and 13th, 2027 as the Exposition takes inspiration from H.G. Wells, Georges Méliès, Edgar Rice Burroughs, and others to venture into the stars and boldly go where no chap, or lady, has gone before!
The Exposition Program offers three days of entertainment, presentations, workshops and more. Peruse and shop with the many Exhibitors ranging from artists to writers, and various vendors of Steampunk wares. Located in Schaumburg, IL, the Exposition’s Venue is easy to find, has free parking, and (unlike many festivals) is fully air conditioned!
