As They Sew In France with their custom Victorian and Edwardian clothing, joins the Exposition Exhibitor Hall this September.
We display examples covering the time period of 1855 up to 1910. Carriage suits, dinner gowns and ball gowns are represented on display on dress forms. We also sell ready to wear items in the store that include men’s waistcoats, lady’s bloomers and petticoats.
We also have hand made drawstring bags for ladies, and multi layer “bustles” that tie around the waist and are worn over one’s skirts.
Customer’s wishing to make an order for a custom costume may have a size sheet filled out on site, and may choose from our three swatch books of available fabrics as well.
