Even though April 2021 seems so far off, reports and projections indicate that Chicago and Illinois may well still be in Phase 4 of the state’s Covid19 plan. During this phase, gatherings of more than 100 people are prohibited, and it will not be until Phase 5 that conditions will have return to normal and be safe again for the large fandom conventions that we know and love. Given this information, we have chosen to move the dates of the next Chicago Steampunk Exposition to April 14th to 16th, 2023.
We hope to present much of the same program that we had planned for 2021, but this does also give us the advantage of adding even more to the convention. We will post further updates as they become relevant, but meanwhile please stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you in 2023.

The Venue
The 2023 Chicago Steampunk Exposition is being hosted at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg. This upscale hotel is a short drive from O’Hare International Airport with many facilities both in the hotel and surrounding it, plus FREE PARKING.
