- This is also the form for all other miscellaneous purposes for applying for comp badges or tables.
Most of our Organization exhibitor tables for 2025 are located in The Midway Plaisance (Atrium Lobby) and its adjacent hallways. These exhibitors include other conventions, charities, and a variety of other Steampunk and fandom related groups. These tables are free and include up to four free weekend badges for those running the table. Applications are vetted in relation to the themes, motifs, and mission of the Chicago Steampunk Exposition. Successful applications will be notified by our Exhibitor Manager.
