The Exposition Crew (past/present/future), vendors, presenters, and friends of the Crew are invited to a weekend of gaming (table top and video), crafting, movies, partying, and general chilling to spend time together NOT working a convention.
SIGN UPS for scheduled events will be in Room 1321.
The weekend’s program is largely relaxed, unstructured, and open to spontaneity, but scheduled games and activities include:

- Steampunk Rally (board game)
- And any others that people bring to the Retreat.

- Room 1321 is the Midway Lounge
- Rooms 1322 & 1324 are Table Top Gaming Rooms (up to two games per room per session)
- Room 1325 is Arts & Crafts
- Room 1330 is Video Gaming
- Midway Attendees will be roomed in the same and adjacent hallways as the meeting rooms.
- We also have access and use of the courtyard, swimming pool, and gym.
