Electric & Wifi
Exhibitors requiring electric or WiFi service need to purchase these from the hotel by contacting Natalia Mangieri at Natalia.Mangieri@marriott.com
Officially load starts at 9AM on Friday, September 27th, 2019, and exhibitors need to be ready by 3PM. If the space is available Thursday evening, we will be able to allow an early load in only; set up will still be on Friday.
Grand A, B, and C are the Exhibitor Hall, with load in entering at the South Foyer entrance (located on the backside of the hotel) and through Hall C. For those in Artist Alley, your tables will be in the South Foyer.
The Exhibitor Hall Manager will have packets for each Artist, Exhibitor, and Vendor that will include an Information Sheet, badges, and program book. These will be distributed in Grand on Friday 9/27/19.
A table and two chairs are provided with each space, and spaces will be marked out and labeled:
- Regular exhibitor space inside Grand are 10ft by 10ft booths and come with an 8ft table.
- Artist tables in the South Foyer are 6ft.
Exhibitor Hall Hours
- Friday – 4PM to 8PM
- Saturday – 10AM to 6PM
- Sunday – 10AM to 5PM
The Exhibitor Hall closes at 5PM on Sunday, September 29th, 2019.
Refunds on booths, tables, program book ads, extra badges, and any other services purchased from Carabas Events LLC as an Exhibitor are subject to when cancellation notice is received:
- 90 days (or more) prior to the event = full refund
- 60 days (or more) prior to the event = half refund
- 30 days (or more) prior to the event = quarter refund
- Less than 30 days prior to the event = no refund
